Sponsor Commitment Form

Kwahu Development Initiative

The Adopt-A-Village Foundation is appealing to association members, individuals, and organizations to assist needy students and orphans through the Adopt-A-Student Program.

This initiative is designed to support bright but financially disadvantaged students from remote communities within the Kwahu Traditional Area, enabling them to pursue primary and middle school education. At the discretion of the sponsor, support may also be extended to students pursuing trade training or professional studies after completing Senior High School (SHS).

Program Guidelines
1) As part of giving back to our communities, the Global Secretariat will seek sponsors to support primary and middle school students in remote areas of Kwahu State.

2)Sponsors may also choose to support students pursuing tertiary education, nursing training, or trade/vocational education.

3) Recognition of Generosity
Any individual who sponsors five (5) students within a period of two (2) years will have their name inscribed on the artistically mounted “Adopt-A-Village Wall of Fame” located in front of the Kwahu Traditional Council Building in Mpraeso. Your generosity will be remembered as a contribution toward bridging the educational gap in Kwahu.

4)Joint Sponsorship
Two individuals may collaborate to sponsor a single student.

5)Student Verification Process
An administrator from the Global Secretariat will visit the home of the selected student to ensure that only qualified and genuinely needy students benefit from this program. Sponsors may also communicate directly with the student or family, and photographs and updates will be provided periodically.

6)Annual Sponsorship Commitment
The estimated annual educational support cost is $250 per student, which covers:
a) School uniforms
b) School supplies and materials
c) Books and educational resources
d) Other mandatory school expenses
